Kenel Stevenson, Ph.D. is a distinguished educator, author, and visionary leader whose career spans higher education, ministry, and global mission. With an unwavering commitment to affordable and accessible learning, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lenkeson Global Christian University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he champions a model of Christian education that is academically rigorous, spiritually grounded, and globally focused. Dr. Stevenson is uniquely equipped as a scholar and practitioner. He holds undergraduate, multiple graduate and doctoral degrees in Public Administration, Public Policy, Secondary Education, Christian Education, K-12 School Administration, Pastoral Leadership, Theology, and Higher Education Administration from Christ for the Nations Institute, Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Regent University, Saint Joseph’s University, Liberty University, and Capella University reflecting his dedication to both intellectual formation and spiritual development. His internationally published doctoral dissertation, Academic, Social, and Economic Challenges Faced by Latinos to Attain Postsecondary Education (ProQuest),highlights his research expertise in equity, access, and retention in higher education.
As a global voice in Christian leadership, Dr. Stevenson has taught, preached, and mentored across North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. His roles have included senior pastor, chaplain, youth leader, director of evangelism, college professor, World Language teacher, department chair, and K-12 school administrator, demonstrating his capacity to lead in both academic and ministry contexts. His work consistently emphasizes the intersection of faith, education, and mission, equipping leaders to make lasting impact in the church, the academy, and the broader society.
In addition to his university leadership, Dr. Stevenson is the founder of Elevare Global Institute, a professional development and vocational training enterprise that expands opportunities for learners worldwide. Through Elevare, he advocates for practical skills training, certifications, and leadership development that meet the pressing needs of communities and nations. A linguist and cultural bridge-builder, Dr. Stevenson speaks multiple languages and is deeply enthusiastic about making both education and the gospel accessible across cultures and continents. His writings, lectures, and ministry initiatives consistently reflect a vision of transformation that is both local and global in scope.
He resides in the United States with his family, where he continues to write extensively, teach with conviction, and lead with purpose. Guided by a vision to empower the next generation of global Christian leaders, Dr. Stevenson’s life and work embody a mission of faith, scholarship, and service dedicated to transforming lives and nations.

Dr. Anita Stevenson is an accomplished educator and instructional leader with over 15 years of experience in special education, curriculum development, and program management. She is deeply committed to inclusive learning and empowering both students and educators.
Throughout her career, she has served in various roles including Department Chairperson, Lead Teacher, and Special Education Teacher across multiple school districts. Her special education expertise led her to develop innovative instructional strategies, including a Flipped Classroom Application Day Program for students with significant cognitive disabilities. She has also led data-driven curriculum initiatives focused on equity, engagement, and individualized instruction, while actively mentoring educators and facilitating professional development programs.
Dr. Stevenson holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Special Education from Capella University, along with advanced degrees from Liberty University, Regent University, and the Community College of Philadelphia — reflecting her strong foundation in scholarship and servant leadership.
As Chief Academic Officer of Elevare Global Institute, she brings visionary leadership and a passion for transformational learning, continuing to make a lasting impact on students, educators, and the broader community.

Sherica Picaña is a versatile and highly organized professional with a strong background in Psychology, Human Resources, executive administration, and digital operations. With experience across corporate, educational, and customer service environments, she has built a reputation for excellence in operational management, strategic coordination, and professional client relations.
In her role as Executive Secretary, she supports leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, and organizational planning, while also contributing to curriculum development by transforming learning concepts into structured lesson plans. She oversees digital and operational functions including social media management, e-commerce coordination, and quality control for educational content, balancing creativity and professionalism to maintain consistent brand excellence.
Her Human Resources background covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, talent development, and process improvement. Combined with her customer service and financial planning experience, she has developed strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and teams.
